Over the weekend, the people at Project Runway announced that Season 9 will air in July. This is very exciting to those of us who have been hearing the generic timeframe of ‘this summer’ for months. In anticipation of the new season, I have decided to give away something very special.
As some of you may know, I recently had the pleasure of meeting Tim Gunn, PR’s beloved mentor and CCO of Liz Claiborne, at the Bellevue Square Lucky Brand fashion show. Along with giving great advice on summer fashion, proportions and “making it work,” he also let us know that PR started filming in late May and would be airing soon after. He said it was “all happening so fast.”
When I finally got to meet him face to face and talk to him, he immediately complimented my outfit, saying in his distinct voice, “Now this is what I am talking about; neutrals with a pop of color.” In that moment, my wild card purchase of the red patent leather oversized clutch paid for itself. I could have just died right then and there. Amazing. As we chatted about business, he signed a copy of his book, Gunn’s Golden Rules: Life’s Little Lessons for Making It Work, with his iconic phrase. And this copy, signed by the man himself, is what I offer to you!
